The 2nd EHS Sustainability Forum was held in Shanghai from August 27th to 28th. The forum was organized by the Alumni Association of East China University of Science and Technology and organized by the EHS Alumni Association of East China University of Science and Technology, with the special support of Zhejiang Yigong Tongzhi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Dr. Chao Li, Director of INROAD Institute of Chemical Digitalization, was invited to speak as a senior alumnus, industry expert. Vice Principal Yan Haifeng of East China University of Science and Technology attended the conference forum and gave an opening speech. The conference was also broadcast, and the viewership reached more than 8000.

The forum invited former chief engineers from the State Ministry of Emergency Management, National Health Commission, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, scholars from universities, and experts from relevant government departments and enterprises such as Dow, BASF, PPG, Baowu Group, Lianhua Technology, Amcor, etc. to focus on enterprise safety development, the 14th Five-Year Plan of National Occupational Disease Prevention and Control, digitalization to enhance safety management, EHS talent ladder development, new trends and challenges of EHS, and EHS in MNC from different professional perspectives.
