September 18, 2025 – The kick-off meeting for the safety management platform project of Kingfa Sci. & Tech. was successfully held. This initiative marks a significant strategic move for the Kingfa Group in the field of safety management and represents another important milestone for In-Road in supporting the digital transformation of chemical enterprises.

• Project Background: Responding to Regulations and Improving Efficiency
As a company focused on the R&D, production, sales, and service of high-performance new materials, Kingfa Sci. & Tech. has over 60 subsidiaries and multiple production bases both domestically and internationally. In response to regulatory requirements and its own management needs, Kingfa has decided to establish a new benchmark for safety information management to enhance overall safety management efficiency.
• Project Scope: Comprehensive Coverage and Full Integration
The project encompasses 17 major functional modules, including a management cockpit, basic safety information, safety production responsibility systems, compliance management, safety education and training, risk and hidden hazard investigation and management, smart inspections, special work management, contractor management, equipment and facility management, hazardous chemical management, management of change (MOC), occupational health management, environmental protection management, incident management, emergency management, and safety performance management. Furthermore, the platform will be integrated with Kingfa’s existing systems (EHR, OA, SRM, DCS, IAM, video surveillance, etc.) to prevent information silos and ensure the smooth flow and efficient use of safety data.
• Expected Outcomes: Standardization, Synergy, Efficiency, and Assurance
1.Standardized Operations: The system will embed Kingfa’s best safety practices and In-Road ‘s experience from other leading enterprise projects, standardizing business processes.
2.Holistic Visibility: A group-level digital safety dashboard will provide real-time guidance for leadership and business units, making safety management more intuitive and efficient.
3.Collaborative Synergy: It will enhance safety data coordination, break down departmental barriers, and facilitate efficient cross-team collaboration.
4.Efficiency Gains: Automated workflows will increase safety management efficiency and reduce labor costs.
5.Compliance Assurance: Pre-set system procedures will use technical means to eradicate violations, ensuring standardized operations, particularly in critical areas like permit-to-work.
6.Resource Optimization: The platform will help consolidate safety knowledge and experience into a structured knowledge base, optimizing resource allocation and leveraging the group’s safety management strengths.
• Choosing In-Road: Proven Strength and Trustworthiness
After nearly six months of evaluation, Kingfa Sci. & Tech. selected In-Road as the partner for this project based on key advantages:
1.Proven Track Record: In-Road ‘s core platform serves numerous industry leaders, ensuring high system adoption rates and incorporating vast, multi-scenario best practices to help Kingfa avoid common project risks.
